The wind flutters the trees outside as the hot Kansas heat blazes down. I need to water the green house flowers again. My dad is trying to grow a fig tree too! Exciting! We always call new plants we’re growing E.N.C.’s.
Anyway, today has been a highly productive day. Which has me in a great mood. I applied to three more colleges. And am working on sending in my transcripts.
2 down–1 to go!
You may be asking yourself why I am applying to more colleges when I’m already enrolled at Fort Hays State University. In the Fall, after my fiancé and I are married we’ll be moving. Which doesn’t upset the program I’m in now at all. However, the bachelor’s degree I’m pursuing now is only a general education degree. So, I spent most of my free time, in between classwork and watering the greenhouse, applying to online bachelor’s degrees in psychology. I figure it would look a lot better when I go onto to get my Master’s if I have a solid degree in psychology.

But he’s open to the carriage idea, too.
We’ll just see if I can find someone that’s has a horse drawn carriage. Think how cool that would be! I think the only thing cooler would be if we could ride off happily betrothed in a giant pumpkin. Lol. Hahaheehee. I think only Cinderella got away with that one.
I absolutely love the wedding invitations! My step-mother watercolor painted them herself! The have sunflowers framing the cream background and a beautiful cursive print. She’s incredibly artistic and I’m so grateful to her for having taken the time to do that. I’m so blessed.
